Since announcing earlier this year that she was taking a break from music, Selena Gomez has proved she's been serious about her acting. She recently wrapped filming on her teen-flick Spring Breakers and now has just announced she'll be starting work on a new flick called The Getaway. "It's really, really exciting! I go to Bulgaria and then I start filming. It's more of an action movie, which is also different" Selena explained recently. "I've been really focused on more acting. It's been fun to take risks and do things that are completely different. To be honest maybe some of you guys might not be comfortable with it. ... I'm still the same person. Things that challenge me really excite me." Well, we can't wait to see Sel as an action star!!

Hey TWIST girls,

The Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards were Saturday night -- which meant that most of our fave stars got all dressed up to walk the famed orange carpet!

Taylor Swift wore a classic white halter dress and gold peep-toe heels and Selena Gomez went for a more dressed down look, donning a midriff-baring bra top, embellished skirt and coral pumps.

Victoria Justice looked chic in her tailored coral blazer and shorts, which she paired with grey booties and Ariana Grande looked so sweet in her her strapless off-white dress and strappy sandals.

Miranda Cosgrove wore a simple blue leather sleeveless mini paired with black boots. Ashley Tisdale went for a funkier look, pairing a super trendy red patterned hi-low dress with fringe ankle strap sandals.

Kristen Stewart rocked a blue lace long-sleeve frock and light blue pumps and Willow Smith debuted her new pink hair with an edgy leather jacket and boots layered over a white dress and lace socks.

Happy Monday girls!

This past weekend was the Kid's Choice Awards and TWIST joined all your faves for all the slime=tastic fun! One Direction and Katy Perry performed their hits in front of thousands of screaming fans while special appearances were made by Kristen Stewart, Selena Gomez, First Lady Michelle Obama, Taylor Swift, Adam Sandler, BTR, and of course all your fave Nickelodeon stars -- Victoria Justice, Jennette McCurdy, and Miranda Cosgrove. We also can't forget all those lucky stars that got totally slimed -- Taylor Lautner, Glee's Chris Colfer and the big winner of the night, Justin Bieber. Although fave artist, Cee Lo Green got "ice-cream sundae'd" instead of slimed because after trying to ruin the award show host, Will Smith said he wasn't even worthy of getting slimed!

Hey TWIST readers,

The first trailer for Selena Gomez's new movie Hotel Transylvania was just released! In the animated flick, Dracula, voiced by Adam Sandler, invites werewolves, mummys and other classic monsters to his hotel for his vampire daughter Mavis' (that's Sel's character!) 118th birthday bash, but things get shaken up when Jonathan (Andy Samberg), a human, stumbles upon the hotel. As TWIST previously reported, Miley Cyrus was originally slated to voice Mavis, but dropped out to pursue other projects, leaving room for Selena to take over. We can't wait to see the movie when it comes to theaters September 28!

Hey TWIST Girls!

Rumors are flying that Spring Breakers co-stars Vanessa Hudgens , Ashley Benson, and Selena Gomez are having drama on the set of their new movie! Sources say, "Selena is being [bullied] on [the] set of Spring Breakers by Vanessa. Vanessa and Ashley have been ganging up on innocent Selena. They make fun of [Selena] for being a 'Disney princess.' She...calls her a dork." Luckily it seems that these rumors are just that--rumors! Another source from the production team of Spring Breakers spilled, "That's just made up garbage." Sel's rep also said there's "absolutely no truth to this story. They are having a great time filming." We know that Ashley and Sel are great friends--they have even been spotted on double dates in Florida with their BFs Ryan Good and Justin Bieber . We're glad this is just a mean rumor and that Nessa isn't bullying Sel.

Vanessa Hudgens has been spotted sporting new blonde locks! Sources say that it's most likely a wig since Nessa is busy filming Spring Breakers in Florida with Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson. Her new 'do is for her role where she plays a party girl named Candy. She spilled that "[Candy's the] one I feel kind of gets everyone going and pushes everyone a little bit." Nessa definitely isn't afraid to change up her look--we wouldn't be surprised if she actually did go blonde! Check out this vid to see Nessa's new 'do!

Hi TWIST girls!

The Academy Awards are one of the biggest nights all year in Hollywood -- and lots of our fave stars were out and about celebrating this weekend!

On the Oscars Red Carpet we saw Emma Stone who chose a bold red gown with a bow collar. Her hair was pulled back in a simple updo and she went with bright red lips to complement her dress and similarly hued hair. Sarah Hyland wore a purple gown with drape pleats. She completed her elegant look with her hair whisked back in a loose low bun and bronze eye shadow. Shailene Woodley stepped on to the carpet in a high-neck, long-sleeve white dress, a low bun and simple make-up.

Although some of our celebs didn't attend the actual Oscars, many still got all dolled up and made their way out to celeb-studded viewing and after parties.

Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez both rocked silver beaded gowns -- with Miley's being a more conservative long-sleeved look and Selena going for a silhouette dress style.

Kim Kardashian and Nina Dobrev both celebrated in black formfitting dresses. Nina's featured a plunging neckline and cut out top while Kim covered up on top with a bateau neckline and jazzed up her outfit with some fun bangle bracelets.

Vanessa Hudgens wore a sleek gold strapless gown, Katy Perry -- still sporting blue hair and adding matching blue eyeshadow -- went for a more classic dress in her cap-sleeve, sheer silver and black sequined gown and Ashley Tisdale wowed in a red one shoulder dress with a cut-out side.

Selena Gomez was recently spotted flashing a small music note tattoo and a peace sign for the camera at a tattoo parlor in Hollywood! Jordan Sandoval, the tattoo artist who tweeted the photo of Selena showing off her new tat, says that she "took it like a champ. She was excited. She wasn't nervous." Sel, who has sported fake tattoos in the past, joins other celebs who have gone under the needle for some ink, including her boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

The Lorax stars Zac Efron and Taylor Swift were on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday, and they were HILARIOUS! They chatted with Ellen DeGeneres about what they did for Valentine's Day (Tay spent the day with her single girlfriends and Zac hung out with a "friend" - it was totally rumored new GF Lily Collins! -) , and the co-stars debunked the rumors once and for all that they're a couple. Plus, they unveiled a video of them sneaking up and dancing behind stars like their Lorax co-star Betty White, Tay's BFF Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber (Check out the video below!). We also loved their original song to the tune of Foster the People's "Pumped Up Kicks," which you can watch in the video above! Look out for The Lorax when it hits theaters on March 2!

Justin Bieber is so psyched to have just signed Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen to his record label that he's taken part in a silly music video for her single "Call Me Maybe"! The video, which is on Carlos Pena (of Big Time Rush)'s YouTube channel, features members of BTR, Justin, GF Selena Gomez, pal Ashley Tisdale, and even Ashley's new BF Martin Johnson from the band Boys Like Girls! Wow! They are all seen dancing like crazy, wearing sunglasses and fake mustaches, and singing into water bottles! Too funny! And be on the lookout, Jelena fans: Selena and Justin almost kiss - until Ashley pulls them apart! Wow! Check out the video above!
